For both options Chief Architect recommends to focus on a your:

Memory (RAM) | Hard Drive Space | Video Card

This computer only has 250 GB of Hard drive space, definitely something that I wish I had more of. Additionally, remember there are two things you generally can’t upgrade with Macs (and many laptops PC and Mac) and that is your Processor and Video Card. If you’re hoping to have the computer for more that an few years, make sure that you deck it out from the start. Plan to meet more that the recommendations so you have the power to render in future versions.

You’ll notice, in comparison the Chief Architect Interiors (Premiere per my version), that you don’t have quite the same amount of editing options, but for the Standard View Rendering its pretty darn good.
